Terms of Service

We provide automated monitoring of websites you nominate. The service checks whether your website responds over HTTP or HTTPS at regular intervals of approximately five minutes, detects downtime and recovery, monitors the expiry date of your SSL certificate, records response times, keeps a basic incident history, and sends a monthly summary.

The service sends notifications by email to the address registered on your account.

We do not host, repair, secure or maintain your website. We observe it and report what we find.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase the service.

If you buy on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

An account is created for you using the email address supplied at purchase. You choose your password using a secure link sent to that address.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

All plans are prepaid for a fixed period and paid for once. There is no automatic renewal, no recurring charge and no subscription to cancel.

When your prepaid period ends, monitoring stops and alerts are no longer sent. Your account remains accessible and you may purchase a further period at any time.

We do not store your card details for future charges.

You must provide an accurate website address and keep your notification email address current. Alerts sent to an address you no longer read are still treated as delivered.

You confirm that you own the website you ask us to monitor, or that you have permission from its owner to have it monitored.

You must not use the service to place load on websites you do not control, to probe systems without authorisation, or for any unlawful purpose.

You configure the website to be monitored after purchase, from your dashboard. Monitoring begins once a valid address has been configured.

You may change the monitored address during your prepaid period. Plans cover the number of websites stated at purchase and cannot be split across more sites than that.

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted monitoring and we do not guarantee that every event will be detected or that every notification will arrive.

Monitoring depends on the public internet, on third-party networks, on email delivery and on infrastructure we do not control. Outages, routing problems, maintenance and filtering by mail providers can delay or prevent checks and notifications.

We may carry out maintenance that temporarily interrupts checks. Where practical we will schedule it to minimise disruption.

The service does not protect your website. It does not prevent downtime, block attacks, remove malware or improve search rankings.

Prices are shown on the pricing page in euro and are payable in full at the time of purchase.

Payments will be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Prices are shown in euro. Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown before you confirm your order.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms and preserves your statutory rights.

The service, this website and their content belong to RAWPING or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your prepaid period.

Data we collect about your website while monitoring it is made available to you through your dashboard and reports.

You must not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, resell it without our written agreement, or use it in a way that breaches applicable law or the rights of others.

We are liable to you for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care.

We are not liable for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, for loss arising from your own website being unavailable, or for indirect or consequential loss.

Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the prepaid period in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if your use places the service or others at risk, or if we are required to do so by law.

Where we end your access for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused portion of your prepaid period.

You may stop using the service at any time. Because plans do not renew, no cancellation step is required.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you during a prepaid period, we will tell you by email, and the terms you accepted at purchase continue to apply to that period.

We may improve or adjust the service, but we will not remove a core feature you paid for during your prepaid period.

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which RAWPING is established. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply to you.
