About RawPing
Knowing whether your site is up should not require you to run infrastructure tooling.
The problem we set out to fix
Most monitoring platforms are built for engineering teams. They assume you want dashboards, alerting rules, query languages and integrations. If you run a shop, a portfolio or a blog, that is a great deal of machinery to maintain just to learn that your site is offline.
What we built instead
Something that watches your site continuously and writes to you in ordinary language when that changes. No agent to install, no configuration syntax, and no dashboard you need to be taught.
How we charge
Plans are prepaid and fixed in length. You pay once for the period you pick and nothing renews on its own. If the service stops being useful, it simply ends — there is no subscription sitting there waiting to be cancelled.
What we care about
Keeping it small
A handful of things that work plainly, rather than a long list you have to navigate.
Saying what is true
Plain prices, plain limits, and no claims we cannot stand behind.
Alerts worth reading
An alert should tell you something you can act on. We would rather send fewer and clearer ones.
Pricing without traps
One payment for a fixed period. Nothing renews, and nothing is charged that you did not choose.
Made to be understood
The service should make sense to somebody who does not work in technology.
Being straight with you
If something is not built yet, or not included, we say so.
Where the service stands today
RawPing is being built now. This site shows the plans and the interface; the monitoring engine itself is still in development and is not yet running. We would rather show you exactly what is included than suggest there is more than there is.
