When your site stops answering, you hear it from us first
RawPing checks your site day and night and emails you as soon as it stops responding — then again the moment it is back. You also get warnings before your SSL certificate lapses, a record of how fast your pages reply, and a short summary once a month.
Prepaid from EUR 13. Pay once; nothing renews by itself.

Service unavailable
Covered in three steps
Nothing to install, no servers to touch.
Step 1
Pick a plan
Choose one site or two, and how long you want cover for — one, three, six or twelve months. The monitoring is identical on every plan.
Step 2
Set up your account
We email you a secure link. Open it, pick a password, and you are in.
Step 3
Add your site
Enter the address you want watched and the inbox alerts should reach. Checks begin from that point.
What you get
The same on every plan, whichever length you pick.
Round-the-clock checks
We request your site roughly every five minutes, over HTTP and HTTPS, without pause.
Told when it breaks, told when it is fixed
A failed check triggers an email. So does the recovery, so you are never left refreshing the page wondering.
Certificates before they lapse
An expired certificate puts a browser warning in front of every visitor. We watch the date and tell you while there is still time.
How fast you reply
We log response times, so a site that is slowly getting slower shows up as a line on a chart instead of a vague feeling.
A record of what happened
Every outage is stored with a start, an end and a duration, so you can look back rather than guess.
One email a month
A plain monthly note covering availability and response time for the sites you cover.
Pay once, for as long as you want
Pick a length, pay for it, and that is the end of it. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.

Every plan carries exactly the same monitoring. Only the number of sites and the length of the prepaid period change.
There is no trial and no automatic renewal. When your prepaid period runs out, monitoring stops until you decide to buy another.
Why it is worth watching
Website problems are usually quiet. Visitors tend to find them before owners do.
It is down and nobody mentions it
A failed update or a hosting wobble makes no noise. Without monitoring, the news arrives from a customer — if it arrives at all.
A certificate runs out
SSL certificates have a hard end date. Miss it and browsers put a security warning between your visitors and your content.
Pages drift slower
Slowdowns creep rather than crash. Tracking response time surfaces the trend while it is still cheap to deal with.
It breaks at the worst hour
An outage during a launch or a busy sales day costs far more than the same outage overnight. Hearing early is what shortens it.
Questions people ask first
The short answers. There are more on the FAQ page.
What does the monitoring actually do?
We request your site on a schedule, the same way a visitor's browser would. If it does not answer properly we treat that as downtime and email you. When it answers normally again, we email to confirm it has recovered.
How often do you check?
Roughly every five minutes, without pause. Network conditions can shift the interval slightly, so treat five minutes as the normal rhythm rather than a precise guarantee.
What happens when my site goes offline?
Once a check fails and we have confirmed it, a downtime email goes to your registered address. The incident is opened in your history with the time it started.
Will it renew automatically?
No. Each plan is a single payment for a fixed period. Nothing renews by itself, no card is kept for future charges, and there is no subscription to cancel.
Is there a trial?
No, we do not offer one. The one-month plan is the cheapest way to try the service, and the voluntary refund window in our Refund Policy applies to it.
